Evidence-based strategies to maintain brain health
Practical tips to stay mentally sharp, enhance quality of life, and reduce dementia risk

Memory Keepers classes are based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) and other evidence-based models shown to improve mood, cognition, and quality of life. The program is designed for individuals with mild to moderate memory loss, but is also beneficial for:
Older adults experiencing depression
Individuals seeking social connection and reduced isolation
Anyone interested in staying mentally fit
