We’ve all heard heartbreaking stories of families scrambling to help when a loved one becomes ill, incapacitated, or passes away—often without a plan in place.

Lynn Potts of On Track Advisors and Dr. Trisha Miller of WellHome Agency will share practical, compassionate guidance on how to prepare ahead of time to:

  • Avoid last-minute stress and confusion

  • Preserve family harmony

  • Support loved ones effectively

  • Ensure healthcare and financial wishes are honored

When preparations are done right, the stories you leave behind don’t have to be about struggle—they can be about clarity, dignity, and peace of mind. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we’ll discuss the ways that being prepared is a loving gift to oneself and others.

All attendees will receive a take-home comprehensive planning checklist & some Valentine treats!

Please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance to the LASM Office: 314-647-4591 or katie@lasministry.org.
